Scientist - Analytical Development Team

What you will do

• Execute experiments with study directors and analyse and interpret data for bioanalytical method establishment, pre-validation, and development.
• Perform bioanalytical techniques including SPR, flow cytometry, ELISA, and cell-based methods.
• Draft internal and customer-ready reports and maintain high-quality documentation within quality management systems.
• Support laboratory operations through equipment ownership and maintenance, documentation, buffer preparation, and safety actions.
• Implement new assay technologies, contribute to continuous improvement projects, and conduct technical investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Train more junior department members as required.

Requirements

• Degree or Master's qualification in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
• Laboratory experience with analytical or bioanalytical techniques.
• Understanding of bioanalytical methods.
• Strong planning, organisation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Logical and organised approach to problem-solving, with a proactive focus on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work fully on-site in Slough, United Kingdom.
