What you will do

• Serve as a scientific point of contact for cell-based immunoassay development supporting clinical programs.
• Design, optimize, qualify, validate, and execute cell-based immunoassays, including clinical sample testing.
• Acquire and analyze data from clinical specimens and deliver robust, reproducible datasets within established timelines.
• Prepare technical reports, validation reports, study documentation, and scientific materials.
• Investigate quality issues, support compliance with GCP, GLP, ISO, safety, and laboratory requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Represent the Immunoassay Team in project meetings, collaborate with internal and external partners, and coach junior laboratory staff.

Requirements

• PhD with more than 2 years of experience, or BSc/MSc with more than 6 years of experience in immunology or a related field.
• Experience conducting assay validation in clinical immunology under GLP/GCLP conditions.
• Deep understanding of cell culture and cell-based assays, preferably viral neutralization or bacteriology assays.
• Experience with efficacy testing in clinical trials and regulated environments using GLP, GCP, and ISO standards.
• Strong computational, data analysis, statistical analysis, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and GraphPad Prism.

Nice to have

• Background in infectious diseases, virology, bacteriology, or oncology.
• Experience handling laboratory pathogens under containment level 3.
• Interest in emerging technologies, novel methodologies, and AI-enabled scientific workflows.
