Dose Analyst II (Chemistry)

Location: SIMZ Pudong, Shanghai, China; onsite laboratory work

What you will do

• Conduct routine and non-routine analyses in accordance with approved methods, protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate laboratory equipment, perform routine maintenance, and support method development and validation for analytes in different matrices.
• Review data for quality control, reports, experiment modifications, and deviations affecting data integrity.
• Maintain study documentation, laboratory records, sample inventories, and test article archives.
• Participate in project meetings, workload planning, process improvement, and corrective actions.
• Train less experienced staff and help maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
• At least 1 year of laboratory experience.
• Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and basic computer software.
• Ability to work with potentially hazardous substances or radioisotopes, complete mandatory immunizations and screening, and perform intricate laboratory work.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Work is based in Shanghai, China and may include overtime and weekend work.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytical instrumentation.
• Experience with GC/HPLC.
• Experience with Millennium/Empower software.
