Supervisor (Chemical Testing)

What you will do

• Direct and supervise team members conducting tests according to applicable standards.
• Train and coach laboratory employees to improve competence and performance.
• Coordinate laboratory resources, equipment sourcing, cleanliness, and operational activities.
• Plan testing project schedules and review testing outcomes.
• Ensure testing projects are delivered with satisfactory results and maintain service efficiency and integrity.
• Support the Technical Supervisor in developing the competence of chemists through training and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Educational background in chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, or a related subject.
• Technical background and relevant working experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
