Deal Review Analyst

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $62,400–$87,500 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus and company equity.

What you will do

• Review contracts and deal documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policy.
• Route deals through CRM approval and close workflows, coordinating with finance, legal, sales, and leadership.
• Own opportunity close and won turnaround times by identifying bottlenecks and escalating exceptions.
• Support quarter-end and year-end close by prioritizing in-flight deals.
• Identify recurring documentation issues and recommend process or policy improvements.
• Maintain accurate deal records and reporting in CRM systems.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing deal documentation.
• Ability to manage a high volume of deals under tight deadlines and explain and enforce policy.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in New York, NY.
