ServiceNow Architect (FSO)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow FSO solutions for banking operations.
• Configure and customize FSO modules, workflows, applications, and integrations.
• Analyze banking processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Engage with senior banking stakeholders and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities.
• Document technical designs, development processes, and solution configurations.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for banking staff.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow and solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of workflows, integrations, and customizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams, consultants, and project managers.
• Bilingual French and English required; English is needed to communicate with clients and partners outside Québec.
• Current knowledge of FSO features and industry trends, plus CSA and FSO Accreditation.
