Cafe Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Support cafe sales and marketing initiatives that drive sales.
• Write and negotiate sales and marketing contracts in accordance with corporate procedures.
• Assemble event and brand calendars, administer package programs, and maintain sales and marketing tools.
• Coordinate with hotel concierges, group travel planners, marketing partners, corporate accounts, and event organizers.
• Support and attend buyouts, functions, trade shows, client events, and designated parties.
• Coordinate between the cafe, Support Center departments, management, and operational teams to ensure events and menus can be executed successfully.

Requirements

• Some college coursework completed.
• Professional presentation when interacting with guests, clients, and function coordinators.
• Strong communication, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to remain composed during stressful events and work independently with diplomacy.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to present information effectively in individual and small-group settings.
