Senior Designer

Location: Los Angeles with in-person collaboration Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays, or New York with remote work. Travel within the US and internationally may be required.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

• Create visual designs that communicate messages and meet creative brief objectives.
• Develop concepts through brainstorming and workshop sessions.
• Collaborate with creative, design, art direction, and client stakeholders to maintain visual consistency and refine work.
• Create impactful client proposals and contribute to case studies for business development.
• Support project evaluations, operational improvements, and organized team workflows.
• Participate in team initiatives and focus on personal development.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in image creation and concept development.
• Strong ability to communicate abstract ideas visually.
• T-shaped design skillset with clear strength in two design skills and developing capability in at least two others.
• Ability to deliver polished, high-quality work and solve moderately complex design challenges.
• Ability to collaborate in person in the Los Angeles office Monday through Thursday, or work remotely from the New York office.
• Flexibility for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, when required by client deadlines.
