What you will do

• Produce and optimize marketing assets for game launches, promotions, sales, CRM campaigns, and user acquisition.
• Use AI tools and traditional design software to concept, generate, and polish visual imagery and illustrations.
• Create cohesive branded in-game visual assets and CRM experiences with product and marketing teams.
• Use performance data and analytics to test creative directions and improve campaign outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, including mobile gaming experience across varied visual styles.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience using AI tools for concepting and early asset creation, with the ability to manually refine AI-generated visuals into production-ready deliverables.
• Understanding of performance marketing, CRM lifecycle strategies, and data-informed creative testing.
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse digital, marketing, and gaming creative work.
• Strong adaptability and communication skills, with comfort working across global time zones.
