Plant Manager (N2O Manufacturing)

Location: Yazoo City, Mississippi, United States; on-site plant operations with 24/7 on-call responsibility.

What you will do

• Lead all plant operations and manage production activities to meet budgetary and operational goals.
• Ensure N2O products meet quality standards through SOP-based testing and accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain a safe, clean facility in compliance with federal, state, corporate, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, vendors, technical support, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop production employees.
• Collaborate with sales, leadership, and other plant and branch managers to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least three years of experience leading 10 or more production workers in an industrial setting.
• Strong decision-making, personnel management, communication, organization, and disciplinary skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, budgeting, cost control, financial reports, and forecasting.
• Ability to work safely in a chemical environment, navigate the facility, inspect equipment, communicate effectively, and perform moderate lifting when needed.
• Ability to work in an office environment and an unconditioned industrial workspace while using required personal protective equipment.
• 24/7 on-call availability is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• Experience operating industrial machinery.
• Training in hydraulics, industrial refrigeration, reciprocating or screw compressors, and manufacturing processes.
