What you will do

• Lead full-stack development of Market Insights analytics products across responsive front-end interfaces, APIs, services, and data layers.
• Set architecture and technical standards for scalable, secure, and high-performance AWS analytics solutions.
• Embed predictive models, natural language interfaces, automated insight generation, and generative or agentic AI capabilities into analytics products.
• Partner with data scientists to move machine learning models from prototypes into reliable production services.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines and cloud data infrastructure using S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and Athena.
• Mentor engineers, improve delivery and code-quality practices, and communicate technical decisions to product and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack development.
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Production experience applying AI or machine learning in analytics or data products.
• Strong TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Python, relational database, and SQL skills.
• Working knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, IAM, S3, Redshift, Glue, and Athena, plus CloudFormation and AWS CDK.
• Experience with Git, Agile delivery, and communicating technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Healthcare interoperability standards such as ANSI X12, HL7, and FHIR, or healthcare claims data experience.
• Large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or MLOps experience.
• SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Snowflake, Spark, Terraform, or Azure DevOps experience.
• Healthcare or higher education analytics background and AWS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
