Identity Operations Manager (SailPoint)

Salary: CAD 98,000–180,400 per year, plus discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of Identity Operations Engineers supporting SailPoint environments across the Middle East.
• Oversee daily Identity Governance and Administration operations, service levels, customer satisfaction, and operational quality.
• Act as the escalation point for high-priority identity incidents and coordinate responses across engineering, security, client, and SailPoint teams.
• Provide technical oversight for SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, and Identity Security Cloud operations, including troubleshooting, configuration, lifecycle management, workflows, and connectors.
• Drive operational improvements, documentation, metrics, root-cause analysis, audit readiness, and executive reporting.
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting 24x7 coverage for P1 issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IAM operations, including 2 or more years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience with integrations, connector management, performance tuning, and analysis.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and hybrid identity architectures.
• Strong communication skills and experience supporting international teams and clients.
• Ability to lead teams, manage escalations, improve operations, and support customer satisfaction.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or Identity Security Cloud in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, SCIM, REST APIs, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise directory services.
• Experience with other IAM platforms such as Okta, Oracle, or IBM.
• Java-based troubleshooting or development experience and familiarity with IAM governance workflows.
