Salary: US employees: $166,600–$208,300 USD annually; Canadian employees: $157,400–$196,800 USD annually

What you will do

• Build and define cloud security posture, cyber resilience, and zero trust initiatives.
• Design security systems, guardrails, and automation that support company growth without slowing engineering.
• Improve the reliability and security of AWS cloud infrastructure with infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Automate cloud security controls to reduce threats, vulnerabilities, and risk.
• Shape AWS cloud architecture around resilience, least privilege, and long-term maintainability.
• Address remote access, cloud security, privacy, compliance, and risk challenges with teams and stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud security, networking, information security, or a related field.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and privacy regulations including NIST CSF, FFIEC, SOX, SOC 2, GLBA, ISO 27018, and PCI-DSS.
• Understanding of security practices, troubleshooting, attack vectors, and customer support.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tooling.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• AWS certifications are encouraged.
