Location: London, United Kingdom — hybrid, with 2 days onsite

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements.
• Support data protection matters and GDPR compliance.
• Partner with the People team on employment-related legal issues.
• Develop practical legal guidance and efficient legal processes.
• Research regulatory developments and identify required changes to systems and procedures.
• Advise stakeholders, assess operational risks, and recommend commercially balanced solutions.

Requirements

• English law-qualified solicitor with an SRA practising certificate.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience with commercial contracts, preferably in the technology industry.
• Understanding of data protection and GDPR compliance.
• Strong organisation, analytical ability, commercial judgement, and risk assessment skills.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to advise multiple stakeholders on complex legal matters.

Nice to have

• Experience in the travel industry.
• A combination of private practice and in-house experience.
