What you will do
- Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on market conditions, interviews, and recruitment processes.
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
- Help develop future hiring strategies and build a pipeline of high-calibre talent.
- Negotiate offer agreements with candidates.
Requirements
- Previous in-house recruitment experience in the construction or consultancy sectors.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and communicating labour market conditions.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to manage priorities and deadlines.
