BVLGARI Ginza Cafe - Manager/A.Manager

Location: hirify.global Tokyo Ginza Bar & Café, Tokyo, Japan

Salary: JPY 350,000–600,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and current compensation.

What you will do

• Support and oversee daily operations of the Ginza café and bar.
• Drive revenue, profitability, cost control, and operational performance.
• Improve service quality, guest satisfaction, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate team members while managing schedules and staffing levels.
• Handle VIP guest interactions and service recovery situations.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, operational reports, and performance analyses.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hospitality experience, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, or related sectors.
• At least 2 years of management experience in a food and beverage operation.
• Experience in sales, cost, operational, and team management.
• Strong leadership, customer-service, problem-solving, and initiative-taking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Native-level or fluent Japanese and valid authorization to work in Japan are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in luxury hotels, restaurants, brands, or Marriott International properties.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Experience managing P&L performance, coaching teams, or leading pre-opening and operational improvement projects.
• Sommelier, Barista, or other relevant food and beverage certification.
