What you will do

• Prepare ingredients, manage dough, prepare toppings, and cook pizza according to recipes and quality standards.
• Set up, organize, and independently manage the workstation, including mise en place, portioning, plating, and service preparation.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain food quality, production charts, food logs, temperature controls, and HACCP compliance.
• Follow food hygiene, sanitation, cleaning, storage, FIFO, and cold-chain procedures.
• Support coworkers, communicate with chefs and service staff, and respond professionally to guest needs.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as an assistant pizza chef and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of dough management, pizza cooking, and topping preparation.
• Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a workstation independently with strong cleanliness, organization, and equipment-care standards.
• Team spirit, reliability, attention to detail, and passion for pizza and hospitality.
• Basic Japanese and English communication skills preferred.
