Bartender

Location: BVLGARI BAR, BVLGARI Ginza Tower, 2-7-12 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan

Salary: JPY 280,000–400,000 per month, determined based on experience, skills, and previous salary.

BVLGARI Ginza Bar is a luxury hospitality venue located on the top floor of BVLGARI Ginza Tower and operated within the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International portfolio.

What you will do

• Provide exceptional guest service at BVLGARI Ginza Bar.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Deliver memorable experiences for local and international guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and collaborate with the hospitality team.
• Work rotating shifts of 8 hours per day with a 60-minute break.

Requirements

• Valid authorization to work in Japan is required.
• Ability to provide guest service in Japanese is required.
• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Previous guest service experience in the hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end bar.
• Ability to communicate with guests in English.
• Bartender certification or a sommelier qualification.
• VIP guest service experience and advanced knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology.
• Previous experience with Marriott brands.
