Phlebotomist

Location: Onsite positions in Worcester, Boston, Chestnut Hill, North Reading, Stoneham, and Lowell, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $18.00–$23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other analyses.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain accurate patient and specimen logs.
• Enter patient information, process billing details, and collect payments when required.
• Provide customer service and complete administrative and clerical duties.
• Travel to additional patient service or client sites when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification, an accredited training program, or at least 3 months of phlebotomy experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation, flexibility to work overtime, and ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.

Nice to have

• Current or previous hirify.global experience.
• Six months or more of phlebotomy experience.
