SEO Senior Specialist

Location: New York City, United States; fully remote environment

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year plus a discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Lead SEO campaigns from research and strategy through implementation, optimization, and analysis.
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities to achieve client objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and apply advanced optimization techniques.
• Analyze data from SEO tools and analytics platforms to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Prepare and present SEO reports, strategies, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and digital marketers on SEO implications of website changes.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data and using analytics tools to support marketing decisions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external teams.
