Senior Technical Operations Manager, Mobile (AdTech)

Location: Hybrid schedule with remote work on Monday and Friday and in-office work Tuesday through Thursday in New York, Boston, Broomfield, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, United States.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 base salary annually in the US, plus performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own onboarding and ongoing health of mobile in-app integrations on the DV+ platform.
• Resolve complex technical escalations across platforms, systems, reporting pipelines, APIs, and mobile SDK integrations.
• Partner with Account Management, Product, and Engineering as a primary internal technical escalation point.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to identify recurring challenges and design scalable operational solutions.
• Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Query and analyze large datasets with SQL to identify trends, diagnose issues, and support operational decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role, including 2+ years focused on mobile SDK integrations.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and workflow automation.
• Genuine interest in applying emerging AI technologies to operational workflows and problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts, identify root causes, and drive issues to resolution.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
