Senior Associate - Business Solutions (Solar Financing)

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States; full-time, on-site

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Build and maintain pricing models for solar, storage, and home-improvement financing, including leases, PPAs, and loans.
• Run pricing scenarios for new and existing third-party-owned markets and lead cross-functional pricing reviews.
• Analyze product pricing, identify gaps and opportunities, and support expansion beyond standard TPO, PPA, and lease structures.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Accounting, FP&A, Data Engineering, and Legal on financial structures, assumptions, models, pricing, and reporting.
• Prepare and present pricing recommendations and updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ingest, validate, and maintain an auditable dataset of utility rates, including TOU tiers, demand charges, seasonal rates, riders, NEM/NBT, and community solar credits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Expertise in pricing analytics, utility market research, energy economics, or residential solar, distributed energy resources, or retail energy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Expertise in SQL; familiarity with Databricks is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in residential solar or renewable energy.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• VBA experience.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and documenting financial modeling and pricing best practices.
