Strategic Partnerships Manager

Location: Hybrid; New York, NY preferred, remote within the United States; must be based in a major metro. Approximately 25% travel required. Relocation expense coverage to New York City or San Francisco may be available if needed.

Compensation: NYC/SF OTE $216,000–$297,000; nationwide OTE $194,000–$267,000, with an 80/20 base-to-variable split, equity, and commission.

What you will do

• Own relationships with leading global professional services, system integrator, and consulting firms.
• Map target firms and build credibility with partners, practice leaders, alliance teams, and client-service teams.
• Develop partnership theses, executive sponsor plans, target practices, client wedges, and firm-specific go-to-market motions.
• Negotiate and close initial formal agreements with strategic firms.
• Create executive events, thought leadership, and shared client stories with leadership, marketing, and product teams.
• Coordinate Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product, AI Solutions, and executive sponsors while maintaining firm plans, account maps, and operating cadences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, alliances, partnerships, or an adjacent field.
• Experience at a top-tier professional services or global consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional executive presence and the ability to represent Ramp independently with senior leaders.
• Understanding of matrixed professional services firms, practice incentives, and technology-partner endorsement processes.
• Experience managing complex stakeholders and multiple workstreams in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with approximately 25% travel and availability to work from a major metro in the United States.
