About the Role

You will own and evolve talent acquisition strategy and execution. You will lead, coach, and support the TA team; advise business and technology leaders; establish recruiting metrics and dashboards; improve processes and tools; adopt AI recruiting technology; strengthen employer branding; and collaborate with international stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition in a high-tech environment
• People-management experience
• Experience owning complex technology hiring
• Experience building or evolving recruiting capabilities, processes, and ways of working
• Experience using recruiting data, metrics, and insights
• Experience using AI tools and recruiting technology
• English communication skills
• Experience working with international stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own and shape talent acquisition strategy and execution
• Lead, coach, and support the talent acquisition team
• Advise business and technology leaders on talent strategy
• Build a data-driven talent acquisition function with metrics, dashboards, and insights
• Evolve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working
• Lead adoption of AI and modern recruiting technologies
• Partner on employer brand and talent marketing
• Collaborate with international hiring managers and the US Talent Acquisition team
