What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting processes across Product, R&D, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
• Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and professional networks.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial conversation through offer.
• Track recruiting pipelines and hiring metrics to improve recruiting processes.
• Implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth technology startups.
• Global and international recruiting experience across Product, Technical, and GTM roles.
• Hands-on sourcing experience and the ability to engage candidates directly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS and AI sourcing tools such as Greenhouse, Metaview, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong ownership, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English communication skills.
