Production Associate I, Balloons (Medtech)

Location: Salem, New Hampshire, USA; first shift; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $18 per hour

What you will do

• Manufacture precision medical components in a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Operate basic machines, cutters, scissors, air tools, and measurement equipment.
• Perform visual inspections, physical measurements, and packaging of finished products.
• Follow written procedures, quality management requirements, Good Documentation Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Enter manufacturing process data into computer software.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and adherence to safety policies.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to work with small and delicate medical-grade components using high dexterity.
• Ability to read and understand written specifications and procedures.

Nice to have

• Basic computer and math skills.
• Previous experience with dexterity-focused production work.
• Willingness to learn; prior experience is not required.
