Solutions Architect Deployment Strategist (GEOINT)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE; full-time, in-office, 5 days a week. The position is contingent upon award.

What you will do

• Implement, integrate, and analyze software and data products extending the hirify.global Platform.
• Understand defense and intelligence customer needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with mission requirements.
• Design workflows, define data models, configure integrations, and help define operational tooling.
• Train users, iterate on workflows in real time, and support adoption of hirify.global solutions in daily operations.
• Translate operational requirements into product feedback for engineering teams and communicate technical capabilities to customers.
• Prototype, test, and adjust workflows while working directly with analysts and decision-makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting defense and intelligence customers, including systems integration.
• Fluency in Golang, Python, PostgreSQL, and React or related technologies.
• Experience with cloud deployments using GCP, AWS, or Azure, and with scaling and maintaining production systems.
• Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, high-pressure environments and translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with UAE defense and intelligence organizations and multi-domain or multi-level security architectures.
• JavaScript mapping libraries such as OpenLayers, Leaflet, or ArcGIS API for JavaScript; Google Earth Engine and its SDK.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, distributed databases, geospatial technologies, GEOINT, and imagery analysis.
• Experience building analytical products from complex datasets, plus knowledge of geopolitics and data science.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
