Location: Dallas, TX - Headquarters

What you will do
- Design and implement features powered by large language models, generative AI, and machine learning models.
- Build and optimize conversational agents, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and prompt engineering workflows.
- Integrate model APIs and open-source models while evaluating quality, latency, and cost trade-offs.
- Develop secure, efficient, real-time services that expose AI capabilities to end users.
- Collaborate with product management, AI architecture, infrastructure, security, QA, and engineering teams.
- Review code and document AI architectures and data flows in an agile environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Hands-on or academic experience with LLM APIs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Strong Python skills and a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with SQL and relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Strong mathematical and logical problem-solving skills, curiosity, self-motivation, and technical writing ability.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Spring AI, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or pandas.
- Full-stack experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, Java, or Spring Boot.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Unix/Linux.
