Location: On-site in Punto Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico

hirify.global develops flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health and bioscience solutions, with this role supporting the Food Ingredients business unit.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop Application Specialists and Technicians across Mexico and Colombia.
  • Drive customer projects from execution through timely delivery and technical excellence.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to develop food ingredient solutions that support business growth.
  • Lead customer presentations, working sessions, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage project pipelines, monitor win rates, and contribute to sales growth through technical leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the food ingredients or food manufacturing industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience with processed meat applications.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing technical, R&D, or applications teams.
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in processed meats, bakery, sauces, dressings, confectionery, and related food categories.
  • Knowledge of ingredients, formulations, sensory evaluation, and food regulations.
  • Experience influencing customers and Commercial teams through technical expertise.
  • Experience improving project success and win rates through innovation.
