Production Support Analyst Senior (Treasury Management)

Location: In office at 350 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, California, or in Atlanta, Georgia; Charlotte, North Carolina; or Newark, Delaware, United States.

Salary: $34.55–$55.19 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Provide operational and maintenance production support for Treasury Management applications, including ACH, Bill Pay, eDeposit, Positive Pay, and Treasury Net.
• Monitor scheduled production activities, confirm successful completion, and resolve trouble items and system functionality or performance issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal IT groups, identify application issues, and manage escalation paths.
• Evaluate support requirements for new or revised systems, test releases, patches, and hot fixes, and maintain application test scripts.
• Document processes and workflows, maintain the issue-tracking database, and prepare production issue reports.
• Participate in weekly change-control meetings and complete special projects while supporting regulatory and bank policy requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Treasury Management systems or software.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of related business and technical disciplines, with experience resolving complex technical problems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, coordination, and escalation skills.
• A four-year degree related to financial services is preferred, or equivalent experience supporting complex Treasury Management systems and software.
