Sr. Specialist, Maintenance (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; 100% onsite. Only U.S. persons are eligible due to U.S. export control requirements.

Salary: $89,900–$143,800 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, incentive compensation, or equity award.

What you will do

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on GMP and non-GMP process and utility systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical and electromechanical equipment.
• Maintain, set up, optimize, and tune aseptic filling, packaging, and inspection systems.
• Support or lead commissioning, FAT/SAT, startup, shutdown, upgrade, and system enhancement activities.
• Maintain cGMP documentation, author and revise SOPs, preventive maintenance procedures, and job plans.
• Act as a technical lead, train technicians, and coordinate maintenance planning with Manufacturing, Engineering, and external partners.

Requirements

• Associate degree or certificate in a science or technical field, or completion of technical trade school.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with GMP environments, process equipment, aseptic filling systems, and high-precision pharmaceutical machinery.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Norwood, Massachusetts.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
