Software Developer in Test (AI)

Location: Onsite in Fort Collins, Colorado, United States; work from the office four days a week

Salary: $83,000–$127,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

Technology company developing software and hardware solutions, including video conferencing and collaboration applications.

What you will do

• Design and maintain test automation frameworks for video conferencing and collaboration applications, Android systems software, and local, networked, and Internet-based platforms.
• Analyze software designs and implement test scripts, coding, automation, and integration activities.
• Create and execute test plans, protocols, test cases, test scripts, and QA documentation.
• Identify, debug, and report software issues while recommending code and application improvements.
• Improve application performance and use AI tools such as Copilot to accelerate test automation.
• Contribute to user stories and acceptance criteria and provide guidance on test automation and testing frameworks.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in applications engineering, programming, or a related field, or an advanced degree with limited experience.
• Experience with software testing, automation, debugging, software quality, and software engineering.
• Knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin, Python, Android, APIs, CI/CD, Docker, and full-stack development.
• Knowledge of Agile FAST Methodology, Jira, TestRail, SIP Protocol, security, scalability, and video software.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Collins, Colorado, four days per week.

Nice to have

• Programming language certification in Java, Kotlin, or Python.
• Certified Software Quality Engineer, CASQ, or CSTE certification.
