AI-Augmented QA Engineer (AI)

Location: USA and EU

What you will do

• Train, refine, and optimize AI agents, prompts, and reusable skills for issue descriptions, test cases, and stabilized test scripts.
• Audit and validate AI-generated tests, scripts, and documentation for accuracy, stability, and quality.
• Use modern QA automation and AI-driven tools to expand test coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution while communicating with development teams and clients.
• Monitor builds and releases, perform regression and smoke testing, and report testing progress and risks.
• Manage multiple testing assignments and shifting timelines in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manual QA experience, including writing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Experience adopting QA automation tools and integrating AI-agentic workflows into QA practices.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Qase.io, or equivalent tools.
• API testing experience with Postman or a similar tool, plus exposure to Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies, cross-browser testing, and mobile platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
