What you will do
- Examine title information and support escrow, title, and conveyance activities.
- Apply knowledge of real estate financing, title insurance requirements, regulations, and underwriting procedures.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly in written and verbal interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of escrow or title agency experience.
- Working knowledge of real estate financing, escrow, title, conveyance terminology, title insurance, regulations, and underwriting procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Experience with TitleData or DataTrace software.
