GIS Developer (FME/ArcGIS)

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize FME workflows for transforming, validating, and integrating geospatial data across GIS, CAD/BIM, document repositories, and external systems.
• Integrate land, survey, utility, environmental, and alignment data into GIS environments and support high-volume parcel and property information management.
• Develop scalable data pipelines, connectors, and automated workflows for ingestion, synchronization, validation, quality control, reporting, and submission preparation.
• Integrate FME with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, web GIS services, and the project common data environment.
• Publish reliable datasets for stakeholder access, analytics, simulation, reporting, and decision-making.
• Support digital delivery use cases, including digital twin integration and information flows between GIS, BIM, and project management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in geomatics, geography, GIS, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in geospatial data integration, enterprise GIS, workflow automation, and land or infrastructure data management.
• Advanced proficiency with FME, including Form, Flow, and/or Server, plus strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro.
• Experience with geodatabases, spatial data models, ETL processes, APIs, relational databases, data validation, and quality assurance/quality control.
• Experience with GIS integration into CAD/BIM environments, common data environments, and multidisciplinary digital delivery ecosystems.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in both French and English are required.
