Software Developer Intern, Analytics (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and test features for the hirify.global Cloud Analytics platform with experienced engineers.
• Contribute to cloud services and data pipelines processing large volumes of customer interaction data.
• Develop and test software using Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Participate in code reviews and apply modern software engineering practices.
• Gain practical exposure to AWS, distributed systems, data processing, and CI/CD.
• Understand and comply with HIPAA security and privacy requirements and the hirify.global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Programming experience through coursework, projects, or internships using Java, Python, or a similar language.
• Foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development.
• Interest in cloud computing, data engineering, analytics, or distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, or data processing.
• Exposure to Spark, Hadoop, or Airflow.

Hiring process

• Application review by the Talent Acquisition team and hiring team.
• Zoom interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by meetings with the hiring manager and interview team.
