Director, Network Operations

Location: Milford, Massachusetts, United States; regular onsite work and travel to regional satellite campuses required. Occasional remote work is available, but the position has no designated home base.

Salary: $96,000–$122,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide operational oversight for clinic functions, patient flow, staffing, access, service delivery, and safe patient care across regional campuses.
• Lead planning, implementation, and scaling of new patient care services, multidisciplinary clinics, and operational programs.
• Monitor clinical and performance metrics, safety reports, service-level agreements, and host-hospital ancillary services.
• Lead enterprise-level IT, operations, EMR, quality, and process-improvement projects as a clinical operations subject matter expert.
• Optimize resource allocation, staffing models, workflows, throughput, and operational policies.
• Hire, supervise, mentor, and develop Practice Managers and network administrative staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in MHA, MBA, or a related field is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible ambulatory care management or similar clinical care experience.
• 2 years of managerial and supervisory experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and EPIC or clinical scheduling systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, workflow development, metrics, decision-making, and process-improvement skills.
• Regular travel to and onsite work at regional campuses is required.

Nice to have

• Project management, business planning, or healthcare implementation experience.
• Prior experience in a distributed healthcare campus environment.
• Master’s degree in MHA, MBA, or a related discipline.
