What you will do

• Shape digital products through intuitive user flows, information structures, and user interfaces.
• Design, prototype, implement, validate, and refine modern web experiences iteratively.
• Simplify complex workflows for professional users working with content, configuration, and data.
• Combine UX design with hands-on frontend implementation and assess technical implications.
• Build reusable components and patterns while contributing to the design system.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience building digital products with a strong focus on user experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, typography, layout, and visual consistency.
• Hands-on experience building modern web interfaces and understanding component-based frontend development.
• Experience with design systems, reusable components, and design patterns.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple experiences and communicate design decisions and trade-offs clearly.
• Daily use of AI for ideation, prototyping, implementation, testing, and product improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, enterprise, commerce, or workflow-heavy digital products.
• Confidence using Figma and translating designs into functional interfaces.
• Software engineering background or equivalent hands-on coding experience.
• Knowledge of design tokens, component libraries, user research, usability testing, or design QA.
• Experience with AI-powered coding, design, or prototyping tools and early-stage product environments.
