Designer Advocate (Figma)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Berlin hub, Germany; covers the DACH region

A collaborative design and product development platform that helps teams brainstorm, prototype, translate designs into code, and work together in real time.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers use the platform across real product workflows.
• Create written, visual, and video content covering modern design and development practices.
• Build relationships across the design community and nurture user-driven initiatives.
• Present practical design insights at meetups, conferences, and community events.
• Collect community feedback, monitor design trends, and advocate for user needs in product decisions.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise with Figma and experience embedding it in real product teams.
• Strong understanding of product design workflows, development environments, design systems, tokens, and AI-assisted design or prototyping.
• Technical design experience working with developers or building tools that support design systems.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain complex workflows and speak to large audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for community engagement.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German or Polish.
