Senior Director, Omnichannel Experience Solutions & Success (Pharma Ad Agency)

Location: New York, NY, USA; eligible for hire in select U.S. locations

Salary: USD 183,000–203,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and deployment of strategic digital products and omnichannel experience solutions.
• Serve as a strategic partner for clients, connecting agency capabilities and activating additional services.
• Lead the ESS sales and marketing plan, support new business pitches, and contribute to client targeting.
• Manage the Omnichannel Advisory Council, customer engagements, member interviews, feedback synthesis, and events.
• Shape the omnichannel engine product roadmap and standard operating procedures for implementation and handoff.
• Define program approaches, manage priorities and milestones, and coordinate internal and external resources across divisions and service lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 18+ years of product leadership or management experience with digital products or technology-driven solutions.
• 10+ years of traditional project or program management experience, including managing project managers and Agile teams.
• Experience with Agile frameworks, organizational Agile adoption, and hybrid projects.
• 10+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional, and global project teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsers.
