Owner Success Associate - English Speaker (Hospitality)

Location: Remote, Brazil-based; availability to work European business hours is required.

What you will do

• Manage owner inquiries about bookings, property performance, and operational processes.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Discuss performance and commercial strategy with owners using clear data-based recommendations.
• Coordinate communication between property owners and Operations, Guest Experience, and Finance teams.
• Investigate owner requests, resolve issues, escalate cases when necessary, and maintain timely follow-up.
• Document interactions, actions, and resolutions in internal systems and CRM platforms.

Requirements

• Currently based in Brazil and available to work European business hours.
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, account management, hospitality, property management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with performance and revenue data.
• Ability to manage commercially sensitive conversations about occupancy, revenue, pricing, and performance improvements.
• Excellent organisation, multitasking, digital tool, CRM, independent working, and collaboration skills.
