Director, New Products Value and Evidence (Health Economics)

Location: Hybrid role based in Titusville, New Jersey, United States; up to 30% travel, mostly national with occasional international travel.

Base pay: $164,000–$282,900 per year.

What you will do

• Lead U.S. market access scientific strategy, evidence generation, and dissemination planning for pipeline products.
• Identify payer, policy, patient, and access evidence needs and integrate them into development and business plans.
• Design and manage real-world evidence studies, market access analytics, publications, models, tools, and evidence communication materials.
• Assess the implications of the Inflation Reduction Act and evolving reimbursement policies for product development and lifecycle evidence planning.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for health technology assessments, value assessments, and external evidence reviews.
• Manage research budgets, vendors, timelines, quality standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health, health services research, economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, health policy, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant research experience.
• Expertise in healthcare, medical reimbursement, economic evaluations, patient-reported outcomes, data analysis, or statistics.
• Experience conducting real-world evidence studies involving health economics, epidemiology, retrospective data analysis, patient-reported outcomes, or health services research.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, payer and access stakeholders, reimbursement models, health technology assessment, and evidence-based policy decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, collaboration, influencing, and research strategy execution skills.

Nice to have

• Doctorate or other advanced degree.
• Experience developing value-based scientific strategies and obtaining management approval for commercial and scientific objectives.
