Associate Manager, Digital Content Quality and Localization

What you will do

• Lead localization of web content, product pages, promotional campaigns, emails, banners, social content, and digital assets across supported regions and languages.
• Own translation quality assurance, including style guides, glossaries, regional benchmarks, content audits, and cultural reviews.
• Partner with regional teams, marketing, product, customer experience, content, catalog, merchandising teams, and language service providers.
• Manage regional projects from scoping through delivery and identify content, UX, functionality, currency, date-format, compliance, and market-adaptation gaps.
• Oversee localized product titles, descriptions, attributes, and imagery to improve regional discoverability and conversion.
• Report project progress and KPIs while implementing quality-control processes for localization deliverables.

Requirements

• Two to five years of relevant experience in localization project management, digital content management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multilingual content programs and working with international markets or regional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of localization, translation workflows, quality assurance, and industry best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, cross-cultural collaboration, and team leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, International Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Google Workspace experience is preferred.
