What you will do

• Research emerging trends, technologies, and innovative approaches in clinical development and patient experience.
• Support market landscaping, competitive intelligence, solution scouting, and the documentation of unmet business needs.
• Assist with innovation demonstration projects, project planning, timelines, milestones, meetings, and documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and report data from interviews, workshops, surveys, and project activities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, business cases, communications materials, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical development, data science, digital technology, procurement, legal, finance, communications, external partners, and vendor organizations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, business, engineering, data science, healthcare innovation, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in healthcare, clinical research, innovation, or technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity tools.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; applicants who require current or future employment-visa sponsorship are not eligible.
