What you will do
- Own and optimize accounts payable processes, documentation, and policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead strategic cross-functional and cross-regional projects from inception through completion.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and present project updates and outcomes to senior management.
- Develop KPIs, conduct performance reviews, challenge targets, and drive benchmarking across the AP function.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and manage a mid-sized accounts payable team.
Requirements
- Strong accounts payable expertise and the ability to own end-to-end AP processes.
- Leadership, mentoring, coaching, delegation, and performance management skills.
- Experience managing strategic, cross-functional, and cross-regional projects.
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage KPIs, benchmarking, process improvement, and changing priorities.
