Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Create, execute, and maintain automated tests for RESTful web services.
• Build and maintain UI automation for frontend functionality and user workflows.
• Develop testing frameworks and improve existing automation systems.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and identify issues affecting release readiness.
• Define test coverage, quality gates, and release criteria with engineering and product teams.
• Lead defect root cause analysis, support exploratory testing, and mentor QA teams across scrum teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with API-based test automation frameworks such as REST Assured or Playwright.
• Extensive experience with functional manual testing and service-layer and UI automation for SaaS products.
• Expertise in Java, C#, Python, Go, or a similar programming language; Java is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with a Green Card.
• Willingness to provide periodic off-business-hours on-call support.

Nice to have

• Experience with Appium-based test automation.
