Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid working model with availability to travel internationally.

What you will do
- Define the AI architecture strategy for the digital banking platform.
- Design scalable architectures around LLMs, GenAI, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
- Turn emerging AI capabilities into production-ready solutions.
- Establish patterns, standards, and best practices for secure, observable, and responsible AI systems.
- Lead technical decisions covering model selection, orchestration, data, integration, security, and cost.
- Work with engineering, product, and business teams while mentoring engineers and architects.
Requirements
- Experience designing, building, and shipping AI solutions into production.
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, AI agents, cloud platforms, and modern software architecture.
- Experience working with international markets and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and delivery skills.
- Availability to travel internationally.
