Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Location: Monett, Missouri, United States; full-time, based at the Monett site

What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting, including planning, sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring.
• Support production hourly recruitment at the Monett site and other sites as business needs require.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define candidate profiles and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through online databases, referrals, cold-calling, professional organizations, and external networks.
• Use Workday Recruiting and other platforms to manage recruiting activity, track metrics, and improve processes.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and manage external agency relationships when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or at least two years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and related platforms; Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter experience is highly preferred.
• Strong business judgment, recruiting knowledge, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, practices, procedures, and legal OFCCP recruiting requirements.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and deadlines and interact with candidates and managers at all levels.

Nice to have

• Prior agency or third-party recruitment experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
