SAP Functional Consultant - Materials Management (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Materials Management functionality covering procurement, purchasing, inventory, material data, valuation, and vendor management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs, configurations, technical specifications, and documentation.
• Integrate SAP MM processes with SD, FI/CO, EWM, TM, and EAM.
• Support Fit-to-Standard workshops, solution demonstrations, Agile ceremonies, testing, defect resolution, deployments, and post-production support.
• Coordinate data migration for material masters, vendors, purchasing documents, inventory, and pricing information.
• Support cybersecurity, audit, compliance, Authority to Operate, and Tier II/Tier III production support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• At least 5 years of SAP MM functional consulting experience and experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, material and vendor master data, source determination, valuation, and physical inventory processes.
• Experience developing functional specifications, supporting testing and defect resolution, and providing production support.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Department of War, defense, federal ERP modernization, or government agency experience.
• SAP S/4HANA Materials Management certification and SAP Activate experience.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, EWM, TM, FI/CO, SD, SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, transportation, logistics, supply chain modernization, and enterprise business processes.
• Active Secret clearance and strong customer or vendor relationship skills.
