Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Consultant

What you will do

• Design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Engage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, and translate them into user-focused solutions.
• Configure company codes, exchange rates, substitutions, validations, ledgers, subledgers, and SAP FICO modules.
• Support month-end close programs and FCV/FCTA stand activities.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and read and debug ABAP code without performing technical development.
• Support integration with S/4HANA Purchasing, Sales, and Production modules while collaborating with product owners, designers, architects, and other teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP S/4HANA FI and CO configuration experience, including FI-GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PC, CO-CCA, CO-ML, and CO-PA.
• 6+ years of IT experience and 4+ years of development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and practical experience with two coding languages, or advanced practical experience with one coding language.
• Experience in multi-company-code and multi-currency environments.
• Knowledge of ABAP, SAP integration and UI tools, software testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in a product-driven Agile organization.

• Master’s degree.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
